Appointments
Appointments are scheduled every one to two hours to allow enough quality time for thoughtful listening and thorough solutions to your problems. Appointments are normally conducted Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9:30-5:00.

Payment for Services
Payment is due at the time of service and must be paid upon the patient’s first visit with cash or credit card (VISA/MasterCard).
Insurance
Please note that we are a non-preferred insurance provider. Consequently, full payment is due at the time of services. ICD-9 reimbursement codes are supplied to you to allow you to seek reimbursement from your individual insurance provider.
Fees
We are glad to assist you in getting better health and staying within your budget. Our prices reflect the unusual amount of time spent with patients and the quality of care and education that allows.
Hormone consultations cost $225 for 90-120 minute consultations, and $225 (90 minutes) for a first-time weight loss patient. Monthly follow-ups are $99. Natural hormone consultations are done annually and prescriptions are written annually (i.e., 60-day prescription plus 6 refills). The cost for new hormone replacement consultation is $225, and returning hormone replacement therapy costs $175 per year. Additional refills are not issued without prepayment for annual consultation appointments.
For herbal therapies, Dr. Greer shops the best herb companies to obtain the most nutritionally complete product for the least expensive price. If you have multiple problems, then you will need more products than a person with one problem. With multiple complaints, the price of the herbs needed can be significant. Used efficiently, these may last 3-4 months. The average monthly cost for weight loss herbs is about $100 to $200 (plus your $99 visit fee for monthly care).
Weight loss patients are seen monthly until your goal weight is achieved. Then you are required to see me every 4 months for weigh-in and measurements to stay in the program. With the maintenance weight loss program, the $99 fee is good for 4 months of medical care.
